Processing Time
Standard Processing time 10-14 business days
All custom wig orders require 14–21 business days for processing. Processing time does not include shipping. Once your order is complete, tracking information will be provided.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of our units, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Exchanges
We will honor exchanges only if a mistake was made on our end. Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for an exchange:

The item must be in original, unworn condition

The lace must be uncut
-
The unit must not be altered, customized, or modified in any way

The item must be returned in original packaging
Any item that has been altered, worn, or modified will not be eligible for exchange.

ORDER CANCELATIONS OR CHANGES: WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELATIONS 24 HOURS AFTER ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED.(AS WE HAVE LIKELY ALREADY STARTED PREPARING YOUR ORDER)

*All international shipments take 6-10 business days. (from the day we ship)
*For Security Purposes: Your shipping address MUST match your billing address at the time of payment. If these two addresses don’t match your bank’s records, your order WILL NOT be shipped or processed.
